These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our gym facilities and services. By accessing this website and/or using our gym facilities, you agree to accept and comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Membership

• Membership is required to access the gym facilities.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Members must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

• Members are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using the gym facilities.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

Gym Use

• Members must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

• Proper gym attire must be worn at all times.

• Members must wipe down equipment after use.

• Use of illegal substances or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.

• Personal training services are available for an additional fee.

Facilities​

• Cloak are available for use; however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Equipment must be used as intended; misuse may result in damage fees.

Payments and Cancellations

• Membership fees are due on a monthly basis.

• Membership may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial months.

• Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to the front desk.

Liability

• the basement is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the gym facilities.

• Members are responsible for their own health and well-being; consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• the basement reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on our website.
